Every Event is an Adventure

Cross Country is the entry level (grassroute) part of athletics, in which we develop athletes to become major stars in both Track and Field (Middle Distances and Steeplechase) and Road Running events. Cross Country also form part of our Winter Strength Training program for our provincial athletes. Therefore Cross Country is the part of athletics that influence all our athletes.

Madibaz George Forest Run

Pre-entries: Enter online at https://www.entryninja.com/events/83991-madibaz-george-forest-run-26 or Manually at Top Gear Sport / Sportman’s Warehouse. Closing date for pre-entries is, Wednesday, 2 September 2026 @ 17h00. Entry fees are non-refundable. Late entries: On Thursday & Friday (3 & 4 September) at Sportman’s Warehouse (13h – 18h) and Top Gear (13h – 17h). No race day entries. (No Card Facilities, Cash Only). These entries will attract a R20 premium to the advertised rates.

HARTENBOS DRAWWERS

The Race is held under the rules of ASA and ASWD.
Entries can be done on the 2nd Oct 2026 at Bootlegger form 16h00 until 18h00. NO RACE DAY ENTRIES. 15km start at 07h00 next to Engen garage. First 500 finishers who complete the race in the cut-off time 15 Minutes after last athlete completes the 15km in the cut-off time.

Eden Meander Run

Late Entries: Friday, 23 October 2026 from 15:00–17:00 and Saturday, 24 October 2026 from 06:00–06:50 at Sportsmans Warehouse, Eden Meander Lifestyle Centre. No late entries for the 10km.
